Fractional Financial Controller (Part-Time)

OzHarvest Ventures operates a portfolio of purpose-driven subsidiary businesses at different stages of maturity.

This newly created in-house role provides both the hands-on financial management of subsidiary entities and the portfolio-level financial governance and reporting required by OzHarvest Ventures.

The Fractional Group / Portfolio Financial Controller will manage the day-to-day accounting for subsidiaries, while also establishing consistent reporting, financial discipline, and commercial insight across the venture portfolio.  The role will standardise financial governance across all portfolio entities with authority to implement systems, controls and reporting frameworks.

This is a practical, sleeves-rolled-up role with strong commercial and governance influence. This role will be a critical part of a team whose mission is to diversify and generate new revenue opportunities for OzHarvest Ventures, while tackling larger social and environmental challenges.

Marketing & Customer Experience (Part-Time)

Good & Fugly exists to support Australian farmers by reconnecting households with incredible farm fresh produce. We’re a purpose-led brand rebuilding for scale, with a strong focus on storytelling, community, and exceptional customer experience.

This role sits at the heart of that mission, both shaping how customers discover us and how they experience us day-to-day.

We’re looking for a Marketing & Customer Experience Associate who is equal parts brand builder and problem solver.

You’ll support marketing execution across content, campaigns and partnerships, while also owning day-to-day customer support. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants real responsibility, visibility, and impact across the full customer journey.

Market & Events Brand Ambassador (Casual)
