We're looking for an entrepreneurial General Manager to take the reins and scale our products arm OzHarvest Ventures Trading Co from a promising start-up into a self-sustaining, investable business. This is a hands-on, build-it role: you'll own the P&L, work with a lean team to drive sales growth and distribution, get product onto more shelves, tighten margins, and help raise the capital to fund growth — all with a lean team and an outsized mission.

Financial Accountant (Part-Time)[click for JD]

This is a contract part-time role of two days per week, reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller. You will own the month-end cycle across the OzHarvest Ventures four entities — journals, reconciliations and reporting — and you will leave behind something just as valuable: a documented, well-controlled finance function. It suits an experienced accountant who wants meaningful, self-contained work within genuine part-time hours. We are not looking for full-time output squeezed into two days; we are looking for someone who can scope, prioritise and close cleanly.
